Mind and Body Club for Senior Citizens
While you exercise or swim at the Lab: We are offering a 6 week programme for members to bring their older family relatives for;
2 Hour weekly sessions
To improve physical and emotional wellbeing
Comprising of: 1 Hour Chair based exercises
Followed by: 1 Hour of reminiscence/arts and craft/ music activities
Hosted by Sandra Green(an experienced Older Adults and Dementia Practitioner and Qualified Chair based Exercise Teacher).
6 week course £72 taking place from Wednesday 25th of May every Wednesday thereafter.
